Rentals & How it works
You can rent online or in store.
Online
- Select a piece and choose a 4- or 8-day rental.
- Select your dates using the calendar. You can book up to 3 months in advance.
- We recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event.
- Available sizes and dates are always shown on each product page.
Please note that we work with limited stock (usually one unit per size and design). If a piece is available, we recommend reserving it in advance.
In store (Barcelona - Lluis el Piadós 5)
- Visit the store to try pieces, check fit, or receive styling assistance.
- Select your piece(s) and reserve it for your desired dates, or take it with you directly.
Yes — but the price is the same as a 4-day rental.
We offer 4 days as the standard minimum so you have flexibility: weekend events, travel, fittings, or simply peace of mind. This way, you don’t have to rush or pay extra for short timelines.
Yes.
You can contact us by email or WhatsApp to request an extension.
We also offer monthly rental plans, available in-store or upon request.
Yes.
You can select different rental dates for each item directly on the product pages. The checkout process will handle this automatically, and we will manage the logistics for each piece according to the selected dates.

If your rental ends on a Sunday or public holiday, the return will be scheduled for the next business day at no additional cost.
Yes. Rentals are available across Europe. We offer express delivery (24–48 hours) to ensure your piece(s) arrives on time.
Returning your rental is simple. You can choose between:
- In-store return at our Barcelona location
- Home pickup from the address of your choice
- Or drop-off at your nearest UPS point
If you choose home pickup or UPS drop-off:
- We’ll send you a pre-paid return label
- Keep the original box and attach the label on the day of return
- We’ll schedule a courier to collect it, or you can drop it off at UPS
No washing, no cleaning required.
We take care of professional cleaning and garment care after every rental.
You can always buy it.
If you decide to keep the piece, we’ll deduct the rental price you already paid, and you’ll only need to pay the difference to reach the retail price. The piece is yours.
Cleaning, Damages & Late Fees
No.
You do not need to clean the item before returning it. After each rental, every piece is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected by our team before being prepared for its next rental or purchase.
Simply return the item as it is — we take care of all cleaning and garment care.
All stains and small damages that can be professionally fixed are included
(e.g. stains, buttons, zippers, minor stitching)
If the damage is irreversible, you simply pay the retail price shown on the website and keep the piece.
If the item is returned late, a late fee of 20% of the rental price per additional day will apply.
If the delay affects another client’s rental, higher charges may apply, depending on the situation.
We strongly recommend booking your rental 2 days before your event to avoid timing issues.
Sizing, Fit & Styling
If you notify us within 24h of receiving the item, we can:
- Exchange it for another size
- Or swap it for a different piece (subject to availability)
If you’re in Barcelona (or nearby), we recommend coming to the store to try it.
If you’re elsewhere in Europe, you can request a home try-on:
- Duration: 24h
- Cost: shipping + return only (€20–€40 depending on location)
- The piece must be returned unworn and in perfect condition

Available sizes are always shown on each product page.
If your size is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to source it. We work with very limited stock, usually one unit per size and design, and once a piece is sold, it cannot be restocked.
That said, if you are particularly interested in a piece, we recommend contacting us. Depending on the cut and fit, it may still work for you. We can provide exact garment measurements to help you assess the fit before placing an order.
Yes.
If you are in Barcelona, you can visit us in store and we’ll help you find the right look. You may walk in or book an appointment via Calendly. When booking, please include details about your event, city, size and preferences, and we’ll prepare a curated selection for you in advance.
If you are not based in Barcelona, you can contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to help you with styling advice.
Returns & Cancellations
RENTALS
Rentals can be cancelled up to 10 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
If cancelled 10 days or more in advance, the full rental amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.
If cancelled less than 10 days before, a 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% will be issued as store credit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the rental price.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Changes of garment or rental dates are allowed up to 7 days before pickup, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 7 days before pickup are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.
If the garment does not fit or meet expectations, Trent may offer an exchange for another available piece within the same price range, subject to availability.
If the client notifies Trent within 24 hours of pickup that the garment does not fit or does not work as expected, an exchange may be offered, subject to availability.
No refunds or store credits are issued once the rental has started.
Once 24 hours have passed since pickup, the rental is considered confirmed.
- The rental cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of whether the garment was worn or not.
- The full rental price applies.
SALES
Sales items may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Returns are accepted only in exchange for another item or store credit.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not offered under any circumstances.
- Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
