RENTAL FAQs

  • DRY CLEANING

    We take care of dry cleaning — you don’t need to worry about a thing. If you’re renting the piece for an extended period and need washing instructions, feel free to ask us directly.

  • DAMAGES

    You can add insurance to your rental, which covers any accidental damage (except loss or theft). If you don’t add insurance and the piece is not returned or is severely damaged (we do cover broken zippers and buttons), you will be charged the retail price and the item will be yours to keep.

  • LATE RETURNS

    For each additional day of delay, a 10€ late fee will be charged. Please try to return your items on time — someone else may have booked that same piece after you.
