Professional garment care is included with every rental.
- Minor wear, small stains, loose buttons or fixable damages are covered.
- If the item suffers irreparable damage or loss, the client will be charged the retail price of the piece.
We handle all professional cleaning and inspections after each rental.
If the piece doesn’t fit as expected, you can contact us within 24 hours from pickup or delivery.
- An exchange for another available size or piece may be offered, subject to availability.
- If you’re in Barcelona, we recommend visiting the store for an in-store fitting.
- If you’re elsewhere, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email for sizing advice and exact measurements before or after delivery.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and the original rental period remains unchanged.
We offer express delivery (24–48h) to ensure your piece arrives on time.
In the unlikely event of a delay, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll assess the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.
To avoid timing issues, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event.
Returning your rental is simple. You can choose between:
- In-store return at our Barcelona location
- Home pickup from the address of your choice
- Drop-off at your nearest UPS point
If you choose home pickup or UPS drop-off:
- We’ll send you a pre-paid return label
- Keep the original box and attach the label on the return day
- We’ll arrange a courier pickup, or you can drop it off at UPS
