It arrives pressed two days before your event.
Wear it without worrying. Everyday wear and small stains are covered.

Questions about rentals
What if it gets stained or damaged?
Professional garment care is included with every rental.
- Minor wear, small stains, loose buttons and fixable damages are covered.
- If the item suffers irreparable damage or loss, you will be charged the retail price of the piece.
We handle all professional cleaning and inspections after each rental.
What if it doesn't fit?
If the piece doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 24 hours from pickup or delivery.
- An exchange for another available size or piece may be offered, subject to availability.
- If you're in Barcelona, we recommend visiting the store for an in-store fitting.
- If you're elsewhere, contact us via WhatsApp or email for sizing advice and exact measurements.
Exchanges are subject to availability and the original rental period remains unchanged.
What if it arrives late?
We offer express delivery (24–48 h) to ensure your piece arrives on time.
In the unlikely event of a delay, contact our support team immediately and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.
To avoid timing issues, we recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event.
How do I return my rental?
Returning your rental is simple. You can choose between:
- In-store return at our Barcelona location
- Home pickup from the address of your choice
- Drop-off at your nearest UPS point
For home pickup or UPS: we'll send you a pre-paid return label, keep the original box and attach the label on the return day.
No cleaning or washing is required — we take care of everything.

Every piece is professionally dry cleaned and carefully inspected after each rental, so it returns in perfect condition.
